拒買雀巢食品

雀巢食品(從黑嘉麗.熱可可粉.咖啡.奶精等等各項食品)雀巢都囊括其中,
但雀巢企業卻在世界各地打壓工人,之前2003年打壓韓國雀巢工會.
最近9月,疑似遭菲國政府聯手將菲律賓雀巢工會的首領射殺死亡.(相關報導點選網址).

各地工會及人權團體有在發動拒買雀巢產品的運動,希望大家認同的話可
以一起散播這個消息.讓雀巢公司正視人權.也讓菲律賓政府停止殺害工會幹部.

猶記得2004年我去菲律賓時,菲國工會在為工作權進行罷工時,他們面對的

是更漫長的等待,因為財團隨時可以向菲國政府說"不再繼續於菲國投資",

而菲國政府長期來和財團.貪污賄選的新聞連在一起的事也時有所聞.

那時我翻開報紙每天都會看到有工會幹部被政府軍當作叛亂份子射殺身亡.

這會雀巢工會幹部遭遇的事正是其中血淋淋的一例,我們無法飛往當地聲
援.但我們能做的就是透過抵制雀巢產品來表達支持菲國工人的聲音.所以請大家一起來進行.

另外,明天早上10點在菲律賓經濟文化辦事處前,也會有人權團體去抵聲明
書給菲國代表.後續更會考慮將紀錄菲國雀巢工人境況的紀錄片進行播放.請大家共同來觀影,也共同來行動!!

台灣各工運／人權團體　致　菲律賓政府

抗議信

艾若育總統，

　　據悉，自　貴總統上任以來，菲律賓全國已經發生數百起政治異議人士、人權團體、群眾運動者遭到殺害的事件，並且　貴國政府的軍隊、警察也直接或間接涉入這些謀殺；對於這些案件，　貴國政府從未秉公調查、追緝凶犯。我們懷疑，對工會與群眾運動者的殺害，實際上是　貴國政府的政策。

　　我們也對最近被殺害的雀巢工會理事長Diosdado Fortuna以及塔拉克製糖工會CATLU理事長Ricardo Ramos等人表達最深的哀悼，並要求對涉嫌僱用黑道來對付罷工的雀巢公司及Luicida莊園主Cojuangco家族進行徹底的調查。

　　近年來，在反恐的名義下，菲律賓政府與美國加強了雙邊的軍事合作。但是正如美軍實際上是世界頭號恐怖主義者，　貴國政府直接以暴力或放任資方以暴力對付群眾運動者的行徑，也顯示菲律賓政府本身就是恐怖主義者。

　　基於我們和菲律賓勞動人民的團結連帶，我們在此對　貴國政府提出強烈的抗議，並要求　貴總統負起完全的責任。

To Mrs. President of Republic of Philippines Government

Protest Letter

President Mrs. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,

  As reported, since you took over the presidency, hundreds of deliberated assassinations have happened among the leaders and organizers from political opposition parties, human rights and people organizations . And, the Army and Police of RP government also involved directly or indirectly in these murders. Furthermore, RP government has never investigated and arrested any suspected murderers to be brought to justice. We suspect that it is in fact your government’s policy of decapitation of leaders of mass movement.

  We also express our deepest condolence to hundreds victims including Diosdado Fortuna, President of Nestle Union in Laguna, and Ricardo Ramos, President of CATLU. And we demand that RP government should investigate thoroughly on Nestle and Cojuangcos which are suspected as hire gangsters against workers in strike.

  In recent years, RP government has intensified its bilateral cooperation with U.S. Military under the excuse of “anti-terror”. But just as the U.S. is in fact the No. 1 terrorist in the world, as an accomplice as RP government is a terrorist, too, while your involving in these assassinations.

  Based on our solidarity with Philippine working people, we strongly protest you, Mrs. President and RP government and demand that you President should take full responsibility for these outrageous assassinations.
